laughter

we are having a good day at home. not much going on but a chance to recharge and just hang out together.

isabelle, on her own, without be asked, cleaned up the playroom after having friends over last night.

we've changed batteries in some toys, we've read books, talked about the north and south poles, and worked on some worksheets with isabelle.

soon it will be lunch and then nap. i am determined to take a nap today. then we will go to the pool.

laundry- need to work on that too.

2 Timothy 2:23-"don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels."

i'm not really sure of the actual impact of this yet but it just makes me kinda laugh. i can totally picture Paul saying this to Timothy so matter of fact. it's so simple and so true yet i fall into it so many times. even with my soon to be 5 year old. just don't do it. so simple, so true.

i had such a great time at the pool today with my girls. they were so amazingly precious my heart was just exploding. we were all just laughing so much and they just wanted to be with me and it was so wonderful. sophia especially had her laugh where you just could cry it's so infectious. she just gets so wrapped up into laughing she can't stop.

i love to laugh with them.

we need to do it more and often.
